I loved the alpha male in this installment of the Immortals After Dark series. This paranormal romance title is in my keeper pile. It’s difficult to craft an alpha male leading man, make him helpless at the heroine’s mercy…and keep the heroine likeable. Kresley Cole did this beautifully, balancing the heroine’s toughness with her vulnerability…and her kinkiness. She’s his polar opposite, but he accepts her as she is. (Rather have the paperback?)
